BuildingsGuide is dedicated to delivering high-quality metal buildings tailored to meet your unique needs. Our return and refund policy is outlined below to maintain transparency and ensure your satisfaction throughout the purchase and construction process.
Order Placement and Cancellation
Non-refundable building deposit
When you place your order, you must make a deposit. After signing the agreement and placing the 25% deposit, the total amount will be refundable for 24 hours. After 24 hours, it will become non-refundable. A deposit is required to receive CAD drawings. The remaining balance is due before your building enters the manufacturing stage.
Exceptions may be made for significant personal or business emergencies; please contact us directly in these cases.
Cancellation policy
Before fabrication: If you cancel your order before fabrication begins, we will refund any payments minus the non-refundable deposit.
After fabrication: Once fabrication has commenced, the building is custom-made, and no refunds can be issued. The customer must accept the finished building kit package.
Fabrication and delivery
Fabrication process: Standard buildings typically require about one month for fabrication. Depending on the specifications, larger or more complex structures may take three to six months. Delays are possible during peak seasons (spring and summer months).
Delivery schedule: Delivery times vary from 4 to 10 days across North America, with specific timelines provided in your contract. Please be available on the scheduled delivery date to avoid additional charges for missed deliveries.
Defective products and damage
We encourage you to inspect your building kit package upon arrival. Any defects or damages must be reported within 15 days for the affected parts to be returned, replaced, or refunded.
Our team will inspect any defective or damaged components. Upon confirmation, we will issue either a replacement or a refund for the defective parts.
Product returns
All products presented by BuildingsGuide are made to order and, as such, are non-returnable. If you have an issue with your product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us directly for assistance.
Refunds and change orders
Full refund. If the building or components are not delivered by the contracted date due to a mistake on our part, you are entitled to a full refund, including your initial deposit.
Change orders: If alterations or design adjustments are needed after fabrication, additional charges may apply based on the feasibility of the changes.
