Standard 50×80 steel building kit packages are shipped with either a gable or single-slope (shed roof) roof profile with either a 2:12 or 1:12 pitch. For an additional cost the pitch on both these profiles is available as a 2:12 to 6:12 pitch. Alternate profiles also include monitor style and gambre style most commonly used in agricultural applications.

For a standard 4″ thick concrete slab you can expect to pay approx. $20,000. Alternatively, for a commercial 6″ slab you should budget for approximately $28,000. These prices are based on a national average of $4 to $8 per square foot.
