What is a metal kit house?

Pre-engineered metal barndominium kits are a modern building method that utilizes solid steel I-beams for the primary framing and cold-formed steel for the secondary framing with pre-painted metal siding and roofing panels.

Our building kit packages are delivered to your job site as a complete bolt-together kit, allowing for fast and efficient construction.

Please note that we only supply the building house kit package; you will need to work with your chosen contractor to frame out the interior using either wood or steel studs.

Why choose a 30x50 steel building?

Cost Efficiency: Description: Metal building systems are typically 15 to 30 percent less expensive than conventional structures. Lower initial construction costs due to pre-fabrication.

Low Maintenance: Description: Pre-finished metal panels and standing-seam roofs are easy to maintain.

Flexibility of Expansion: Description: Metal buildings are relatively easy to expand by adding extra 20’, 25’ or 30’ bays (sections). Note. expandable end walls are required for this.

Ability to Span Long Distances: Description: Metal buildings provide clearspan widths up to 300 feet cost-effectively without the need for supporting pillars.

A 30×50 metal framed structure is a secure & affordable construction option that will stand the test of time in any location.

The average cost for a 30’x50′ concrete slab is approximately $8,800. Generally, the price for a concrete slab ranges from $4 to $8 per square foot, including materials and labor, depending on national averages. The total cost can significantly differ based on the location of your building, as prices fluctuate from coast to coast.

Metal buildings can typically be erected by a professional crew (4 installers) in approximately three to five days. A DIY build can typically take four to eight days. The foundation will need to be in place and have had several days to cure.
